Harmony Singing Workshop
What: A workshop for anyone who wants to learn a bit about harmony singing.
Who: Led by Zerafina Zara, who has run choirs at Universities, T.A.F.E.s, and run and sung in acapella groups.
Why: For fun, & so you can develop some confidence around finding a harmony for a song, or to hold a part in a choir.
How do you start a song?
Once you’ve started, how do you finish it?
Working together, we will come up with some song drafts.
Who is this for? Anyone who is curious about songwriting. If you’ve never written a song, or if you’ve written songs and want to know how to write even better songs.
BYO instrument- (though no instrument is necessary.)
Both of these workshops will be followed by a six week course to help you develop further.
When: Saturday 22 Jun,
Where: The Big West rehearsal space, next door to The Dancing Dog cafe. Upstairs at Level 1 at 42 Albert st, Footscray (on the corner of Albert & Raleigh st)
Cost: $35 each workshop, or $60 for both the Harmony Singing and the Songwriting Workshop.
